👏 👏 REMEMBER WHEN WE SAID WE HAD SOME BIG NEWS COMING⁉️
This is going to be a long post, but we aren't going to make you read to the bottom to find out what we are so excited about... we just can't hold it in any longer!!
Since the beginning, we have constantly been asked "Why don't you have the bigger menu at the bigger location??" The simple answer was, “Boomtown’s kitchen was already set up to be a commercial kitchen, and it was going to cost a lot of money to set up Harry C’s kitchen with the same equipment” Well, you all will be happy to know, kitchen renovations have been completed and starting Friday, June 28, Harry C's is going to be offering a menu that offers several options that are on the current Boomtown menu. 👏 👏 👏
We acknowledge there has been a lot of inconsistency in the last year, and in general, that is not what you want when trying to grow a business. Please know that while we couldn’t always give you all of the details, we have been working behind the scenes for MONTHS to bring you what you have requested. It’s like one of those, “It’s got to get worse before it gets better” situations. Now, the “worse” is behind us and we are overflowing with excitement for the “better”.
So, what does all of this mean exactly?
• Boomtown hours will be the same: 11-2 and 4:30 – 11 Tuesday through Friday and 11-11 on Saturday. (Kitchen closing at 9) The menu will be similar to what it is now EXCEPT…
• On Friday and Saturday night, Boomtown’s menu will be the LUNCH menu, not the dinner menu
• Bar services will be limited to beer and wine at Boomtown
• Harry C’s will continue to be open on Friday and Saturday nights from 5-11 (kitchen closing at 9). The menu will look more like the current Boomtown dinner menu 👏 👏 👏
Every small town has its own unique story and we have been tirelessly working to figure out what fits our little valley in the Flinthills. Our sole purpose for existing is to serve and support the amazing Madison community in an effort to help revitalize our small town to its former BOOMING 💥 glory.
