Our friends at the Richwood, located at 1233 Highway 36, Milton, KY is hosting a spring vendor showcase!! This is a great way to meet potential vendors for your upcoming event at Hen and Ben! This is a free event, open to the public and is Sunday April 27th from 12-4pm.

Also, we are currently booking for 2026! And we still have a limited number of weekends left for this year.

Wedding receptions start at $3,500. Includes 10 hours of use, two bartenders, fully stocked cash/credit bar, tables and chairs up to 150 guests, black or white linens, decorate the day before the event, the ability to use your own caterer or use one of our preferred caterers. Off street parking, and discounted rooms at the Riverboat Inn and Suites!

Our non-wedding reception events start at $700 for up to 5 hours of use, tables and chairs up to 100 guests, a bartender and fully stocked cash/credit bar, and the ability to use your own caterer or use one of our preferred caterers.

Looking for bridal gowns, tuxes or formal wear? Check out the new Love Betty Bridal and their tux shop located within James Dell and dresses at Betty Jeffries located conveniently in downtown Madison!

Along with the Riverboat Inn offering discounted rooms, we have also opened our parking lot for those who may need a space for their car or truck. We have approximately 40 spaces located at 928 Park Ave.

Please park in a parking spot only. No trailers allowed.

We are gearing up for our Corporate Holiday parties over the next few weeks! We still have a few weekdays available for your next event before the end of the year.

Don't forget that Riverboat Inn & Suites is hosting their NYE party at the event hall and tickets can be purchased for $35 through Madtix, or book a room at the hotel and your admission is included! Rooms starting at $125 includes two tickets to the New Year's Eve bash with American Honey Band!

Who is ready to party for NYE?! Riverboat will be hosting American Honey Band at the Hen and Ben Event Center New Year's Eve!

Your room package will include appetizers and desserts from Chefferguys, admission to the event at Hen and Ben Event Center, champagne toast at midnight, shuttle service to and from the event hall, late checkout, and a continental breakfast!

For those wanting to join in on the action without purchasing a room, a limited number of tickets will be sold through Madtix. Your ticket will be good for the admission to the event, desserts, and a champagne toast! This is a 21+ event only.

We offer seating for up to 200, full bar, ability to use your own caterer or use one of our preferred, off street parking, holding kitchen, ADA restroom and accessibility, and within walking distance to The Riverboat Inn & Suites for your out of town guests.

We are halfway through the year, and we have hosted so many beautiful events so far! We can host wedding receptions, birthday parties, corporate events, meetings, graduation parties, baby showers, bridal showers, and fundraising events.

Each package includes tables and chairs, full cash bar with bartender, holding kitchen use, off street parking and the ability to use your own caterer or use one of our preferred!

Wedding reception packages start at $3,500 for 12 hours of use, tables and chairs up to 150 guests, linens, two bartenders and full cash bar.

Non-wedding events start at $600 for 4 hours of use, tables and chairs up to 100 guests, a full cash bar and a bartender.

August 3rd, 10th, 24th
November 9th, 16th, 23rd
December 14th, 27th or 28th.
