These type of events can bring family together near or far, and we make sure everyone is taken care of. Swag bags and gift baskets are a way to make your guests feel welcome during an emotional event. Imagine attending a living memorial and arriving at your hotel, where a local swag bag and a custom itinerary are waiting for you, inviting you to relax and unwind heading into the weekend. 🎁

We recently had the privilege of curating an open-house style celebration of life gathering, packed with over 200+ guests sharing laughter, grief, storytelling and togetherness. Our team spent the day prior to the event, prepping and perfecting details at our client’s new home - .mourn provided hands-on hosting support via serving, guest guidance and bar service.

A stunning charcuterie table made way for family and friends to meet and graze freely all afternoon. Kudos to and their entire team. Recognizing the varying ages of guests, our team also crafted a kid zone for the younger crowd to enjoy snacks and goodies throughout the day. Cuttings of their loved one’s beloved Christmas Cactus allowed guests to take a piece of her history and gift of remembrance for years to come, while also having the opportunity to easily scan QR codes to contribute to charities in honor of their loved one.

What an absolute gift to be part of this meaningful, moving celebration of life. ❤️

The annual Women in Business issue includes a feature called Beyond Goodbye, highlighting a collection of deathcare and grief practitioners in the WI region. Our team is grateful to have been included in this fantastic issue! The .mourn team also attended Brava’s Women in Business Celebration where our community came together to support women doing amazing work in various sectors of WI, and shared our visions and methods for success.
