Coming in October — Come learn a slow flow yoga moon salutation with Crystal Jackson, and then make your own moon milk mix for better rest & to ease your stress.

Moon milk mix contains a variety of spices and adaptogens to support better sleep and reduced stress. Each student will take home a dry mix (milk or milk alternative is added separately).

Starting September 1st, registration opens for Ann Dodys’s next class: Beginner/Intermediate Pastels. Students will paint from photos (theirs or the instructors) and some floral still-lives. Demonstrations by the instructor will be given during the 6-week course. The students will learn a variety of pastel techniques working in an impressionistic style, focusing on composition, value and color harmony.

Tuesdays 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm
October 7th - November 11th
