The one thing i am sure of is when I say I will be making a few changes it literally means A lot of changes … my crew moved to the exterior after nearly 2 years of interior upgrades and renovations. Still not done but we are headed into the home stretch on this iconic building… coming soon our fountain house event space, air b & b & 3rd floor presidential penthouse suite. Stay tuned for our open spectator open house

Meet Julia Rose Zangas, a Certified Health Coach!

She will be at the Madison Metaphysical and Wellness Fair and would love to understand YOUR current health reality and health GOALS!

Here is a little bit about her story: “I've personally had a lifelong battle with my weight and during the pandemic which caused unemployment for my husband and myself, we both faced additional stress, anxiety and depression. Emotional eating and drinking got the best (or worst!?) of us. In additional to menopause, this caused many unhealthy habits and even more weight gain. Thankfully a friend introduced this health program to me in March 2022 and by July 2022, I had lost 27 pounds. I have kept that weight off ever since and am now working towards Optimal Health. This program literally saved my life which is why I now share it with others. It is my mission to help others, especially women struggling with menopause feel better, lose weight, regain confidence and get their groove back!”

Embrace the art of introspection, for within the chapters of your personal history lies a treasure trove of revelations.

Meet Jennifer, the owner of Soule Healing!

In 2010 she opened Eco-Massage and is a private business owner to this day.
Over the years, she has continued to study and explore new ways of helping her clients to heal naturally. In 2022, she rebranded to Soule Healing to incorporate her craniosacral work.

When she is not working, you can find her in a local coffee shop doing administrative work, or lending an ear to someone that just needs to talk. When Jennifer is not indoors, she is out taking a walk, hiking in the woods, attending a yoga class or playing with her grandson.

Jennifer says, “I am a lover of humanity and believe that everyone has a story. We might not always understand or agree but ultimately we are all sharing this space on earth...may all beings know love, may all beings know peace and know that I will always hold a healing space for you!”
