Vidalia Onion Breakfast Bowl
Prepare 2-4 cups of grits adding chicken stock to cool longer.
Pan cool one pound of bacon cut in half strips.
Using a quarter of the bacon drippings add one large Vidalia Onion chopped and two large (pealed, cored, and sliced) Granny Smith Apples. Fry apples until tender.
Serve plate of grits topped with the fried onion/apples and strips of bacon.
