As the month of July comes to an end, all customer rental orders placed by the end of the month will receive a free gift from us! And you get to PICK which option you would like.

‼️Remember, you must mention this post to receive the gift.‼️

Option 1 will be a MGTR t-shirt. You will be able to pick the size of this shirt, but customers will have no say in the color/combo they receive.

Option 2 will be a MGTR cup. What kind of cup you ask? It’s a surprise, we can’t tell you! Same rule applies as before-customers will have no say in the cup they receive as their gift.

You asked, we listened! Middle Ga Tent Rentals is now offering Black Spandex Folding Chair Covers!

As of now, we do still have White Polyester Chair Covers for both Folding and Banquet style Chairs.

If you would like to view these new chair covers/options in person, please call our office to schedule a consult appointment within our showroom.

Available times for appointments are as follows:
Monday ⏰- 12:00PM to 4:00PM
Wednesday ⏰- 10:00AM to 1:00PM
Thursday ⏰- 1:00PM to 4:00PM
Friday ⏰- 10:00AM to 4:00PM

🚨 Exciting Update to Our Weekly Pickup & Return Hours! 🚨

To keep our service running efficiently and to support our amazing staff, we’re updating our pickup and return times starting June 1st, 2025! 🌟

Here’s the new schedule to make planning your visits easier:

📅 Monday:
• Independent Customers: ⏰ 10:00am – 4:00pm
(Small items such as linens, small quantity of dishes, etc.)
• Assisted Customers: ⏰ 12:00pm – 4:00pm
(Larger items such as tables, chairs, several racks of dishes, etc. where additional assistance is needed to unload/load)

📅 Tuesday:
• No customer returns/pickups

📅 Wednesday:
• Morning Pickup/Return Customers: ⏰ 10:00am – 1:00pm

📅 Thursday:
• Afternoon Pickup/Return Customers: ⏰ 1:00pm – 4:00pm

📅 Friday:
• All Day Pickup/Return Customers: ⏰ 10:00am – 4:00pm

These new times help us save on staffing and operational costs so we can keep providing the high-quality service you’ve come to expect! 💪

SCHOOLS. OUT. FOR. SUMMER.

Sooo, let’s celebrate with a fun June special (that we had to announce early).

This month we will waive our standard delivery fee of $125 on all orders $500 or more. These rentals HAVE to be new reservations made within the month of June, and will not apply to any event dates outside of June, 2025. This discount is not automatically applied. Please mention this post when booking to receive the discount.
