When Gresco came to us to help them tell the story of the challenge they faced during Hurricane Helene in 2024, we knew we had something special at hand. Hearing about the effort, the sacrifices and the teamwork during this six-week span, we couldn't help but feel a real sense of compassion from every employee. Truck drivers drove 3 to 4 times the amount of miles each day to deliver material to broken towns in the Southeast; sales teams stayed up day and night keeping customers' needs handled in realtime; executives and managers rolled up their sleeves, and worked alongside the warehouse team to get supplies out quickly. When you see the entire company lend a steady hand at such a dire time, you knew it took true grit to to be a part of it. Our job? Capture the heart of Gresco's culture and create inspiration that their employees, customers and community can draw from for as long as they serve the Southeast. The 10-minute short story serves as an internal video that reminds their team what it means to be a part of Gresco.
