📌 PSA: Outdoor Setup Fee

Please be advised that all outdoor event setups will include a flat $200 outdoor setup fee.

Outdoor setups require additional labor, time, and equipment to ensure everything is properly secured and executed—especially when accounting for distance, weather conditions, and setup stabilization.

Thank you for your continued support of Extraordinaire Affairs LLC.

Please be advised that we will not be accepting any event planning bookings or custom orders (including party favors, backdrops, and related services) from April through August 2026 due to maternity leave.

We will resume accepting bookings and orders for September 2026 and beyond.

This time will allow us to focus on welcoming our newest addition and returning ready to continue providing the exceptional service and creativity you expect.
