SCHNITZEL IS BACK! 🇩🇪

We’re going back to the beginning this Sunday. Chicken Schnitzel was one of the first Macon Supper Club meals — and one of the favorites — so we decided it was time to bring it back.

This week’s German-inspired supper:

🍗 Chicken Schnitzel with brown mushroom chasseur sauce & fresh lemon
🧀 Spätzle Mac & Cheese with crispy breadcrumbs
🥗 Frisée & Arugula Salad with bacon lardons, radish, Granny Smith apple, poached egg & warm mustard vinaigrette
🌭 Beer-Poached Bratwurst Bites with sauerkraut & whole grain mustard
🥨 Pretzel Bites with Heineken b**r cheese
🥚 Chef’s Bite: Deviled quail eggs with whole grain mustard, caraway, chive & lemon zest
🍒 Black Forest Trifle with Grand Marnier chocolate sponge, Luxardo cherry compote, vanilla whipped cream & chocolate shavings
