When you want to impress your guests hire SuperFino. We had a request for a "Caviar Bar" but we took it another step forward.

An Osetra Caviar trio with creme fraiche deviled quail eggs, lavish toast points, and traditional brunoise garnish. We use specialty vendors to get any ingredients you can think of.

The Menu:

Ancho seared scallops, pineapple gazpacho, cucumber jalapeño vinaigrette, poached shrimp salad.

Hand rolled pappardelle pasta, rosemary and sage white pork ragu.

Traditional beef wellington, mushroom duxelles, pomme purre, bearnaise.

Chocolate amaretto custard royale a la mode.

Of course, our signature "Cremina" espresso service.
