There are a few things we hear over and over when couples come tour Still Meadows.

They notice how much space they actually have here.

A bridal suite with plenty of room to get ready with your favorite people. A groom’s suite that gives the guys their own place to hang out before the ceremony. The bridge that leads you through the trees to our outdoor ceremony site. A reception hall with room for up to 200 guests without everyone feeling crowded.

And then there’s the property itself.

When you book Still Meadows, you aren’t just booking a ceremony spot and a reception room. You have the whole property from 10 AM to midnight, with spaces for getting ready, celebrating, taking photos, spending time outside, and enjoying the day without having to leave and go somewhere else.

Photos are helpful, but they can only show you so much.

When you book Still Meadows, you get the whole property for your wedding day.

From 10 AM to midnight, the property is yours. You’ll have space to get ready in both the bridal suite and groom’s suite, multiple ceremony options, our climate-controlled reception hall, tables and chairs for up to 200 guests, and outdoor spaces for your guests to enjoy throughout the day.

We also have bistro lights, a fire pit, lawn games, plenty of room to take photos around the property, and no stairs to navigate between spaces.

The goal is simple. You should be able to spend your wedding day in one place with the people you love, without feeling rushed or like you’re being moved from one space to the next.

And with engagement season right around the corner, we know there are going to be quite a few newly engaged couples starting their venue search over the next few months!

Real Wedding | Macy + Luke

Bright pinks, oranges, yellows, soft blues, lavender, and green showed up throughout their entire day. From the mismatched bridesmaid dresses and colorful bouquets to the ceremony florals, stationery, reception details, and even the smallest touches, everything worked together without feeling like it had to perfectly match.

We love seeing couples choose what they genuinely love instead of feeling like their wedding has to follow a certain trend or fit into one specific color palette.

Macy and Luke’s day was bright, joyful, colorful, and completely their own. Seeing all of those colors come together throughout Still Meadows made this June wedding one we won’t forget anytime soon!

Real Wedding | Kylee + Josh

Kylee and Josh’s wedding was one of those days that felt so happy from beginning to end.

They kept everything classic and simple with white florals, touches of green, and a ceremony outside surrounded by their favorite people. Then everyone headed inside for dinner, dancing, and celebrating before ending the night with a sparkler send-off.

One of my favorite things about seeing a wedding day come together at Still Meadows is watching couples make the property completely their own. The same spaces look and feel different with every wedding, and Kylee and Josh’s day fit them perfectly.

Thank you for trusting us with such an important day, Kylee and Josh. We loved getting to be a small part of it!

Your wedding day is about the two of you, but some of the best parts of it are happening all around you.

Your favorite people seeing you walk down the aisle. Family catching up outside. Friends finding their seats and settling in for dinner. The conversations, the laughter, and all of those little moments happening while you’re getting married.

When you’re choosing a venue, you’re choosing more than the backdrop for your ceremony and reception. You’re choosing the place where everyone you love is going to spend the day with you.

We want Still Meadows to feel just as welcoming to them as it does to you. A place where your grandparents can get around comfortably, your friends can gather inside or out, your family can actually enjoy the celebration, and everyone has room to settle in and stay awhile.

Did you know your first tour doesn’t have to be the last time you see Still Meadows before your wedding?

Our monthly Open Venue gives you the chance to come back, walk through the space again, bring your planner or family, test out table decor, talk through floor plan ideas, ask questions, and simply see everything again before the big day.

You can book up to three months in advance and attend as many Open Venues as you’d like leading up to your wedding, based on availability.

We host five couples each month, so spots can fill quickly!
