A summer wedding is not the only way to take advantage of off-season pricing at Still Meadows.

Our current off-season months include January through March, July, August, and December, with select off-season wedding dates receiving up to $1,000 off compared to peak-season pricing.

For couples who have flexibility with their date, choosing an off-season month can be a really practical way to create more room in the wedding budget while still having the same Still Meadows wedding-day experience.

July is one we especially love to point out because couples can still have that full summer wedding feel while taking advantage of off-season savings.

Real Wedding | Korie & Reed

Korie and Reed’s wedding was the perfect mix of timeless details and a little Western twist.

From the neutral florals and warm, earthy tones to the vintage getaway car, every detail came together beautifully. Their day was filled with sweet moments, plenty of laughter, and a few especially meaningful family touches.

And what better way to end the celebration than with a kiss under the sparklers?

For the month of October we are highlighting our Bluebell Bride Wedding Experience and introducing you to the vendors who are part of this package!

First up in our Vendor Spotlight series: Nikole of Koordination with Kole.

Nikole has spent the last five years coordinating weddings right here at Still Meadows, which means she knows the property, the flow of a wedding day, and the little details that can make a big difference behind the scenes.

For our Bluebell Bride couples, coordination is built into the package. Nikole is there from the planning conversations through the final send-off, helping keep vendors, timing, setup, ceremony cues, reception events, and all of those moving pieces working together.

But one of the biggest reasons we value coordination has very little to do with timelines.

It means your mom does not have to spend the morning setting tables. Your bridesmaids do not have to track down vendors. Your family does not have to keep checking the clock to make sure the day stays on schedule.

They get to be there with you.

Nikole says her favorite part is getting to know the couples who choose Still Meadows, and after five years of being part of their wedding days, that still has not gotten old.

For some couples, the best part of a two-day rental is not having to rush with set up on the wedding day!

With select weekday rentals at Still Meadows, you can have access to the venue the evening before your wedding day. That gives you time to unload décor, begin setting up, rehearse with your wedding party, and even host your rehearsal dinner here before returning the next day for the wedding itself.

It is especially helpful for couples who are bringing in their own décor, have family helping with setup, or simply want more breathing room before the wedding day begins.

And one of the reasons we love offering this option is the value. A two-day weekday rental can give you significantly more time with the venue without stepping into the cost of a traditional peak Saturday rental. More time to prepare with less to squeeze into one day.

Real Wedding | Baylee & Clayton

A little country charm, a whole lot of personality, and a wedding day worth looking back on.

Baylee and Clayton’s just had their 2 year anniversary so we wanted to share some of from their wedding day that was full of thoughtful details, from the deep red florals and cowboy hats to the personal touches throughout their reception. And judging by those dance floor photos, they certainly knew how to end the night!

It was such a pleasure hosting these two and their loved ones at Still Meadows. Wishing the Percefuls a lifetime of happiness together!

Real Wedding | Hannah & Emitt

Hannah and Emitt’s wedding day brought together warm fall colors, western details, and a whole lot of personality.

From the deep red bridesmaid dresses and cowboy hats to their outdoor ceremony surrounded by the changing trees, every part of the day felt true to them. Their reception carried those same details inside, and once the formalities were over, it was very clear this group knew how to have a good time.

Hannah & Emitt’s one year anniversary is coming up soon so what better way to commemorate than to share some stills from their perfect day!

One of our favorite times of year is fall, and October weddings look absolutely stunning at Still Meadows 🍂
