If you’ve wondered how to book your next charcuterie workshop you can online! Our next class is on a April 6th of Auburn Hills!
At the end of the class you’ll leave with a board big enough to feed 3 people, boxed and ready to go.
Proper ingredient placement, pairings + our favorite places to shop will very much be shared in class!

a minimum of 10 is required for placing an order
we can display the cups for you at your event, using risers and flowers, it will really make things stand out
cups are great for keeping the spread of germs away, think cold + flu season— get a bunch of cups instwsd of a grazing table

Imagine paying to be a vendor at a park, prepping your trailer, loading it, moving the generator, you arrive, it’s show time + then you are greeted with customers who have no idea what charcuterie is.

With that being said we have some major upgrades we’ve completed to our trailer + even created a super pretty seating area so you can hang with me while you graze because it’s for the people who GET IT.

In order to keep our license to operate I must have two events lined up with the proper health inspection, hence I need your help….
