Hi everyone! 🌷

I have my Mother's Day preorders up and ready on my website :)

It took me a bit longer to get them up, but I'm very excited about them! They are available now until May 3rd for preorder. There is only a limited amount, so make sure to get yours ordered soon! The link to order is in my bio.

They will be available for delivery only like the Valentine's arrangements. Delivery will be on May 9th. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to message me :)

|| Valentine's Day Floral ||

It's that time of year again, for Valentine's preorders :) I'm in a new setting, and it's been taking some time to get used to. I have my first wedding of the year this week as well! All the while, I have been excited to do my Valentine's floral again. It's always my favorite and I have them all up and ready on my website for preorder :)

Changes happening over at Emerald Moon 🌙

I hope everything had a restful and cozy holiday :)

This past year has been full of challenges and uncertainty. I think a lot of that just comes with having a small business. That said, this past year has been one of the hardest for me and my business. I don't think I'm fully alone in that, and it's been pretty challenging all around. I want to be as authentic as possible with you all. That can be a problem when, instead of saying things and being active, I retreat to find the correct words and time. To find what feels right to my soul and if I don't, I don't say anything. Which can go on for weeks and weeks. Mostly, I think it's also because I've been in deep survival mode this entire year. My wish for this new year is that I can find more joy and peace and in turn pour that into Emerald Moon.

That being said, I have not re-upped my lease for my space over in Machesney. It was not an easy thing to realize that it was holding me back in many ways. I so badly wanted it to work out and in a lot of ways it did. I am going to miss it, and it's been very hard to say goodbye. Right now, my business life is in boxes scattered about because this all happened immediately after Christmas. Things will look different going forward. For now, I will not be offering pick-up and only doing delivery. I will be offering free delivery to hopefully make up for it. I will have more info to share as things move along.

I want to thank you all in advance 🩷 and thank everyone that has been so supportive of Emerald Moon. It means the world to me, and I am forever grateful and always will be. I am a firm believer that if the decision/path is hard, it is the correct path to take. It's the only way things can grow, and I hope for so much growth this year. For everyone and all the small business owners 🩷

Hi! 🍂🖤

I have my Thanksgiving pre-orders up and ready on my website :)
I'm really excited about these because they mean a lot to me this year. As I'm sure you all know, it has been a very up and down year for a lot of people. When I started my business, I always wanted to be able to give to those that need it most. I have yet to really get to that spot, but at this point I can't really afford to wait for that moment to come. I want to do something even if it is a small something.

For each order, I will be donating a small amount to the Rock River Valley Pantry here in town. Even without being in a state of emergency, it is always needed and especially at this time of year. Our community is already doing so much and it's a very beautiful thing to see 🖤

Hi everyone! 💕

It's been getting hard to post lately on here. So much has been happening in the world and it just makes this feel strange, to promote or try to sell something. As a very small business I want to do so much to help but felt like I lacked the resources to do so. I had a conversation recently with someone I love and it reminded me that there is always something to do, even if it's not always monetary. As someone that feels everything way too deeply, it makes me freeze up and angry. Right now, we as a community, can do so much even if it's just making others aware of resources to help. Even the smallest things can help those that need it most. I think we all need a reminder that if anyone in our community is suffering, we all suffer. Same goes for all over the world. The pain and suffering of others should never be ignored.

I will be posting my thanksgiving orders soon and will be donating a percentage to a local non-profit organization here in town. I will have more info for you when I post the pre-orders!
