When couples book their wedding with us, they’re always welcome to come back out and use the property for engagement photos as part of their experience here. We also love offering the ranch as a location for engagement sessions even for couples who may not be getting married at the venue. A great coordinator protects the flow of the day, keeps everything moving smoothly, and gives couples the space to actually be present with the people they love most. Even for couples who don’t want full planning, having the right day-of coordinator can completely change how the experience feels, especially here at the ranch where the property naturally flows through so many different moments throughout the day. From ceremony setups and cocktail hour transitions to lighting, vendor arrivals, transportation, and reception flow, having someone helping guide everything behind the scenes makes such a difference.

One of the best investments you can make for your wedding day isn’t always something guests physically see. It’s the peace of mind to fully enjoy it.

With all the rain we’re (finally 🙌🏽) getting lately, we know some couples may be wondering what happens when weather doesn’t exactly cooperate at an all outdoor venue ☔️🤍

While we always hope for sunshine, we also believe having a solid weather backup plan is incredibly important, and something we walk through closely with every couple.

At Lazy Stud Ranch, we offer:
• Onsite atrium tents that can be added on up to a week before the wedding/event depending on forecast needs
• Tent sidewall add-ons for extra weather protection and warmth
• Propane heat towers for cooler evenings
• Umbrellas onsite for guests
• Flexible ceremony/reception layout options throughout the property
• Amazing vendor partners who specialize in weather backup options including blanket rentals, umbrellas, + more (Weather or Not Accessories being one of them!)

Colorado weather likes to keep everyone on their toes, but one thing we never want couples doing is stressing over rain clouds on their wedding week. Planning ahead and having options ready makes all the difference 🤍

Still soaking it all in 🤍

Our very first open house at Lazy Stud Ranch was everything we hoped for and more. We honestly were blown away by the amount of people who came out to experience the ranch with us. Seeing the property full of vendors, couples, families, friends, music, laughter, and people exploring every corner of the ranch was something we’ll never forget.

So incredibly grateful for every vendor who showed up, poured their heart into their setups, stayed late, supported us, and helped bring the ranch to life in such a beautiful way.

And to everyone who came out to tour, wander the property, and celebrate with us, your support truly means the world to us.

These are just a few little glimpses from the day… so much more content is coming soon ✨

We’re still catching up on emails, messages, and everything after a very full weekend, so thank you in advance for your patience and grace while we work through everything. We can’t wait to share more 🤍
