We loved this cozy, comfy, carb-heavy menu that the Jacksons chose for their big day! Chicken Parmesan, Sirloin Tip, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese with a beautiful salad to balance it all out

Congratulations to Margot and Joey, a sweet couple who were married at Diamond V venue earlier this summer.

They tasked us with preparing delicious food and making their reception environmentally friendly. We were happy to do both!

Their menu included our famous Chicken Florentine, a scrumptious sweet potato and black bean casserole and fried apples, all served on biodegradable plates. Utensils were made of sugar cane and guests were encouraged to use just one cup each.

We love anything that is sustainable and better for our Earth so we were happy to oblige!

Us: “No problem!”
Client: “But make it all desserts.”

Challenge accepted!

Thank you to Chasity and Hunter for the opportunity to create this amazing dessert grazing table for them!

With 15 different dessert options to choose from there was absolutely something for everyone!

We overheard so many “ohhhs” and “ahhhs” but our favorite comment of the day was, “this is the craziest dessert table I have ever seen!” We think so, too!

And thank you to Sweet Tooth Candy for the gumballs, gummy bears and melting chocolates. They were the finishing touch on this masterpiece!

May is always a busy month for weddings but this year has been particularly busy. May 17th seemed to be a really popular day to get married and Friends catered not one, not two, but THREE weddings at the exact same time.

Fruit displays, a nacho bar, chicken marsala, mac and cheese, a pasta bar, beef tips, and spinach strawberry salad were just a few of the delicious menu selections.

As always, our amazing staff helped us pull off the impossible and we had three very happy couples!

It’s wedding season!! Which also means it’s grazing table season! Here is another that we built recently for cocktail hour before moving on to our delicious taco bar for dinner. Who doesn’t love tacos?!
