Amazing care package from Ken and Jess at - true BBQ Jedi who have completely changed the BBQ game up in the Lynchburg VA area. They sell these sauces at their shop as well as their website. Trained chefs these two know their flavors and techniques so well!

Shout out to the best table anywhere and too...legit pocket knives.

Throwback Thursday to this past weekend! Being invited to teach the Apprentices was such an honor! Being able to share our love and passion for BBQ to the future is always a treat. I appreciate & for inviting me back to teach. So many older Chefs took time to help me become a better Culinarian, so I always enjoy sharing my knowledge with future Culinarians!

We wanted to give a shout out to the owners of .express a big shout out! Their food always has great flavor. They are always cooking fresh batches of food through out the day. Which they always ask if you are ok with waiting on a new batch. We also must say that the restaurant is always clean and the owners and the staff are always so friendly! Rachel did say they used to be in the mall for 11 years before this location!
