Week 3 at FYAA football and cheer practice.

I'm riding solo tonight. We're busy in the shop and the truck and staffing levels are low, so sometimes I have to tweak things a bit to allow for a one man show.

For tonight, Ineed to adjust the format a bit to be able to service everyone.

• I'll take walk-ups and serve slices til 7:00, then I need to focus on preparing all the end of practice pizzas.

Holy moly! Goode came hungry. Just about every order was multiple pizzas, and quite a few were 4 and 5 pizzas. Doesn't take long to blow through some dough like that. Thanks for a great night.

This will be my last chance to work a gig with Gavin before he heads back to JMU for his senior year.

Its been a fun and rewarding summer. He and Gabe really saved our bacon this summer covering shifts in the shop and in the trailer. But more importantly, I really enjoyed our time together working in the family business. They're going to go off and do big things, so I try to savor these moments while they last.

Life is good.

Our organization operates as an independent pizzeria and food truck catering service, managing 4-5 weekly food truck engagements, numerous commercial orders, and consistent storefront sales.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

**Prep Position(s):**
* 20-40 hours per week, depending on the number of hires (1 or 2 individuals).
* Prior experience is mandatory.
* Responsibilities include dough preparation, sauce production, knife skills, routine and deep cleaning, lifting, and bending.
* Flexible scheduling options are available.
* ServSafe certification is highly desirable.

**Pizza Cooks:**
* Part-time roles.
* Two positions available, each offering 10-20 hours per week.
* Pizza-making proficiency is preferred but not essential; increased skill sets will be reflected in compensation.
* Responsibilities include routine and deep cleaning.

**Cashier:**
* Responsibilities include pizza retrieval and cutting, order staging.
* Processing customer transactions.
* Taking customer orders in person and over the phone.
* Routine and deep cleaning.
* Performing miscellaneous tasks as required.

**All applicants must meet the following criteria:**
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
* Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling.
* Possess a strong work ethic.
* Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills for both phone and in-person interactions.
* Be proficient in operating touchscreen electronic devices.
* Punctuality is critical due to the time-sensitive nature of our operations, requiring all team members to be in their designated positions.
* Maintain good personal hygiene, as this is a food service environment.
