We've decided to sell, if anyone is interested hit me up.
We hope to list it by June.
We just had a metal roof installed a week ago, the master bath is being completely remodeled right now, new facia and soffit and fresh paint when thats finished, and were installing new ductwork.
2.8 acres, power and water supply for multiple rv`s, fenced with new gate, no hoa fees, minutes from 275 and 75, new well and water softener, pool, new pump and filter,, new pool cage screens and a 1 year old deck with a built in stainless grill and sink along with a 12 x 16 stage.
