We were honored to welcome UNC Health Southeastern to the Carolina Ballroom for their annual Night of Excellence Awards Banquet, which was an inspiring evening dedicated to recognizing the outstanding individuals whose commitment, compassion, and excellence make a difference every day.

The Carolina Ballroom provided an elegant setting for this distinguished celebration, bringing colleagues together for an evening of recognition, fellowship, and celebration. From the beautifully appointed ballroom to the thoughtful details throughout the event, every element came together to create a memorable experience worthy of the honorees.

And the celebration began before guests even entered the ballroom. The Carolina Foyer was transformed into a sophisticated red-carpet experience where VIP staff and honorees could capture photos and enjoy a cocktail hour before the evening’s festivities. A Beautiful First for the Carolina Ballroom!

We’re thrilled to celebrate a very special milestone at the Carolina Civic Center & Historic Theater… our first official wedding in the Carolina Ballroom!

It was an absolute joy to welcome this beautiful couple and their loved ones as they celebrated their special day in our newly opened ballroom. From the elegance of the reception to the laughter, dancing, and unforgettable moments shared throughout the evening, the Carolina Ballroom provided the perfect setting for a celebration to remember. Guests also enjoyed our Carolina Foyer during cocktail hour, creating a welcoming space for mingling and gathering before the festivities continued in the ballroom.

We couldn’t be more excited to see the Carolina Ballroom begin making memories like these.

We were proud to host The Lumberton Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. as they presented their newest initiates: XII Degrees of Fortitude. Congratulations to our long time supporter and sponsor Dr. Robin Yolanda Peace on her initiation.

It was truly an honor to welcome such a distinguished organization and celebrate this meaningful milestone alongside them. The event beautifully filled the Carolina Ballroom, creating an elegant and memorable setting for this special occasion. From the powerful presentation to the sense of sisterhood and accomplishment shared throughout the evening, it was a celebration to remember.

Guests were also able to enjoy the Carolina Foyer, which provided a warm and inviting space for gathering, photos, vendors, buffet, and fellowship.
