From our stage to one of the biggest stages in the country!

Help us congratulate our own Trinity Locklear on an incredible week competing for the Miss Teen USA crown!

Many of you know Trinity as one of our talented Civettes in The Robeson County Christmas Show, and we’ve had the absolute joy of watching her grow, shine, and share her gifts with our audiences over the years.

Trinity, you represented yourself, your community, your culture, and your theater family with such grace, confidence, and beauty. Seeing you carry a piece of home with you onto a national platform made us incredibly proud.

And while the rest of the country got to see what we’ve known all along, we’re especially excited that we don’t have to wait too long to welcome her home! Trinity will be shining with us once again this December as part of the 15th Annual Robeson County Christmas Show ensemble!

We love you, Trinity, and your Carolina Civic Center family is SO incredibly proud of you!

Do you love the theater and concerts? Do you have a friendly personality for greeting patrons and making them feel welcome? Come join our team of ushers and experience the excitement of live theater and concerts and play a vital role in our audience’s experience! Ushering is a fun and rewarding way to support the arts, meet new people, and enjoy performances—all while helping our theater run smoothly.
Carolina Civic Center is looking for volunteer ushers.
Ushers report 90 minutes before a performance to assist our Front of House Team in stuffing programs, checking tickets, greeting and seating patrons on the main floor and balcony, giving out programs, answering questions and general light housekeeping and are expected to work 4 or more performances each season. Ushers are invited to watch the performance the same day they are volunteering.
