A required deposit of 50.00 non-refundable is due at the time of booking, your reservation will not be confirmed until deposit is received, there for leaving that reservation open for other customers. So be sure to pay your deposit to save your date and unit. Also the deposit does count towards the rental fee. Cancellation Policy: Customers will receive a full refund of deposit with cancellation a

t least one month prior to reservation date. If a customer cancels less than one month prior to the reservation date B&R Party Rentals will keep the deposit but the customer may apply it to a future rental within 30 days.
