When styling your tablescape, start with layers!
Begin with your base — tablecloth or runner — then add depth with chargers, candles, and florals. Finishing touches like napkins, glassware, and small pops of color bring everything together beautifully.

Don’t overthink it — layers are what make a table look full, balanced, and styled (without being cluttered!).

Hey friends!

With all of our new followers (welcome!!), I thought this would be the perfect time to reintroduce ourselves. I’m Brianna Alvis, though most people just call me Bre! My husband Dustin and I are the proud owners of Junk’n Treasures Wedding & Event Décor Rentals.

We’re a husband-and-wife team with a shared passion for helping others create unforgettable moments. While we both work full-time jobs, our evenings (and many weekends!) are spent bringing your event visions to life — from elegant weddings to cozy family gatherings.

You might even spot our two Labradors hanging out in the shop or riding along for deliveries (don’t worry, they supervise from the truck 🐾).

For me, events are more than décor — they’re about connection, creativity, and celebrating life’s best moments. I’m always happy to lend a hand, offer ideas, or share my experience to make your day as smooth and beautiful as possible. Dustin stays a little more behind the scenes, but he’s my right-hand man and the muscle behind the magic! 💪

🖤 A Different Kind of Post 🖤

Today’s post isn’t about a styled event, our latest inventory, or a beautiful tablescape — it’s about the man behind the scenes who helps make it all possible. 💪🏼

Meet my husband — my heavy lifter, delivery driver, problem solver, and the guy who never hesitates when I say, “I just had an idea…” (usually at the last minute 😅). He’s the one hauling décor in the Texas heat, making multiple trips because I decided we needed just one more thing, and still manages to smile through it all.

Running Junk’n Treasures isn’t a one-person job, and I’m beyond grateful for the one who’s right beside me through every late-night setup, early-morning delivery, and chaotic event weekend. 💖

So while you usually see the finished product — the styled spaces and gorgeous details — today, you get a little peek at the reason we run so smoothly behind the scenes.

Here’s to the real MVP of this business. 🫶🏼 Thank you for being my partner in life and in all things event chaos. 🤍
