I'm back up and running again. Just want to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers. Treatments were a success so far. Last scan showed they got all the cancer. My throat is still healing up, but I've been able to return to work and now I can start smoking meats again.

Hey everyone I've finished my Chemo and Monday will be my last Radiation treatment. Gonna shut down for a little bit to heal up. As soon as I feel up to cooking I'll let everyone know. Thanks again for all your prayers and support during this time.

Hey everyone just wanted to give y'all an update on our owner/pitmaster C.L. (Corey Clemens)
He is doing okay overall, Chemo is treating him better than expected for now. The radiation is really taking its toll on our friend, his sense of taste is really being affected. He wants everyone to know he appreciates all the thoughts and prayers from everyone and can't wait to get back to smoking meat as soon as he beats this cancer. We are hoping to reopen and start taking events by Father's Day.

As some of you may already know from my personal fb page and now page on fb, but I've began my treatments to battle cancer. Everyone has shown me and my family a lot of love and support and we thank y'all from the bottom of our hearts. As soon as I kick cancers butt I'll be looking to forward to smoking bbq.

Some days we're cooking others we're working! This is where the blood, sweat, and tears (from sweat getting in your eyes) comes from, alot goes into making some of the best bbq for our customers. Now to get it split on my next day off.

Well this was a busy weekend for us! Started off cooking for a customer's wedding for Sat. Spent most of Father's Day out at the Lake enjoying a little fishing with the kids.
