Here is our initial menu for the West River Farmers Market this Saturday!

1. Veggie roll - inside out roll with veggies and herbs of the week from the market. $7

2. Hippie roll - inside out roll with marinated tofu, sweet potato, yuzu spicy mayo, green onion and cilantro. $10

3. Spicy Tuna roll - inside out roll with sashimi grade tuna, shaved jalapeños, cucumber, green onion and wasabi mayo. $12

4. Sushiritto - giant maki roll with double everything! cucumber, green onion, cilantro, avocado, shaved jalapeños, pickled ginger and yuzu spicy mayo.
With tofu $14 with tuna $16

5. Pork taco - local Morgan Hill smoked pork shoulder braised in sake, miso, sweet onions and garlic. Shredded and served on a warm corn tortilla with maple yuzu Apple slaw. $5

6. Miso soup - smokey shiro miso broth with green onions. $3

7. Red zinger iced tea. $2

Final sushi trivia game night menu

All sushi served with house made pickled ginger and premium gluten free tamari

Caterpillar roll. BBQ eel, cucumber, avocado. Sweet and spicy soy. $12

Spider roll. Tempura soft shelled crab, cucumber, spicy mayo, green onion $12

Sunset roll. Spicy tuna, cucumber inside, tuna sashimi on top. Sweet and spicy soy $12

Oregon roll. Tempura wild salmon, avocado, cucumber, spicy mayo, cilantro $10

Hippie roll. Wasabi rubbed fried tofu, sweet potato, cucumber, spicy mayo $10

Tuna nigiri. 2 pieces tuna on rice with wasabi and pickled ginger. $7

Unagi nigiri. 2 pieces BBQ eel on rice with sweet and spicy soy. $7

Tempura sweet potato fries. Spicy sweet soy and spicy mayo. $7

Tomorrow night at the Homestyle hostel from 630 to 10 will be the final sushi/trivia/game night of the season. Bring your friends and come chow down on BBQ eel, Tuna and soft shell crabs. Also features on the menu will be tempura sweet potato fries with spicy sweet soy dipping sauce!
