LIGHTNING STORM IN A JAR ⚡🌩️
A striking and educational craft that simulates a lightning storm inside a jar, perfect for sensory fun and learning about weather.

Ingredients:
1 clear glass or plastic jar with lid
Water
Vegetable oil
Alka-Seltzer tablets or fizzing tablets
Flashlight or small LED light (optional)
Blue and yellow food coloring
Dropper or spoon
Funnel (optional)

Directions:
Fill the Jar: Pour water into the jar about one-third full.
Add Oil: Slowly pour vegetable oil into the jar, filling it nearly to the top. The oil will float on top of the water.
Add Color: Add a few drops of blue and yellow food coloring to the water layer for a stormy sky effect.
Activate the Storm: Break an Alka-Seltzer tablet into small pieces and drop them into the jar to create fizzing bubbles that simulate lightning flashes.
Illuminate (Optional): Shine a flashlight or LED light through the jar to enhance the lightning effect.
Observe: Watch the bubbling and swirling colors that mimic a lightning storm inside the jar.

Get ready for some fun! This DIY Flubber is a colorful, stretchy delight that will keep kids entertained for hours. Let’s make some magic! ✨🥳

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon Borax
- 1/2 cup clear school glue
- 1/2 cup lukewarm water
- 8 drops of food coloring
- 1 tablespoon glitter

Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, start your Flubber adventure by combining 1 teaspoon of Borax with 1/2 cup of lukewarm water. Stir it well until it’s fully dissolved—this might take a moment, but it’s worth it!
2. In a separate bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of clear school glue, 1/2 cup of lukewarm water, 8 drops of your favorite food coloring, and 1 tablespoon of glitter. Give it a good stir until everything is smooth and harmonious.
3. Now comes the fun part! Slowly pour the glue mixture into the Borax mixture while stirring gently. At this point, you might want to dive in and start mixing with your hands. It may feel a bit wet initially, but keep kneading!
4. Continue working it with your hands until it transforms into a stretchy, unified mass. If you notice any excess water left in the bowl, don’t fret—just pour it off and keep kneading until your Flubber reaches its ultimate playful state.
5. To store your creation, pop it in an airtight plastic container or a resealable ziplock bag at room temperature. If your Flubber shows signs of drying out, give it a revitalizing boost with a few drops of lukewarm water and knead it back to life. Just remember, if it gets too sticky, starts smelling funny, or picks up too much debris, it’s time to part with it.
