We’re excited to recognize Roy G. as our Team Member of the Month at 82nd & Milwaukee!

Even though Roy has only been with us for two months, he’s already made a strong impression with his enthusiasm and positive attitude. His leaders say he brings energy to every shift and is always ready to jump in and help wherever needed.

Roy’s go-to order is an 8-count grilled nugget with a side of mac & cheese or a fruit cup. His favorite task? Bagging orders—it keeps him moving! What Roy appreciates most about working at Chick-fil-A is the supportive team environment, which makes each shift better than the last. Outside of work, you’ll find Roy playing drums or cruising around town with music on full blast. A hidden talent? He plays five instruments and hopes to learn even more—or maybe even start a band one day.

Roy is currently entering his second year at Texas Tech, majoring in Computer Engineering. His dream is to work for a federal agency, where he can make a difference through meaningful, high-impact projects.

Roy, thank you for bringing your servants heart and drive to the team. We’re so glad you’re here!

Today we celebrate not only Alison A as our July Team Member of the Month, but also honor her last day with us at Chick-fil-A 82nd & Milwaukee.

Alison has been a bright light in our restaurant since November 2023, bringing excellence to every shift and joy to everyone around her. Whether she was working front of house or making a guest’s day through great service, Alison always led with heart. Her go-to order was an 8-count nugget meal with large fries and a Sprite—paired, of course, with her signature smile.

Outside of work, Alison is a collegiate cheerleader at LCU and has a passion for aerial acrobatics. She plans to become an ASL interpreter and dreams of working with deaf children one day. But before that, she's taking an exciting step forward - returning to her dream job of coaching, a passion she’s held onto since recovering from an injury two years ago.

While we’re sad to see her go, we're cheering her on as she pursues what she was truly meant to do. Alison shared, “My job here was amazing, and I loved all of my leadership and coworkers. I’m only leaving because I’ve been given the opportunity to coach again. I will miss the people the most because of the amazing environment they created.”

Alison, thank you for the time, energy, and care you gave our team. You’ve left a lasting impact and we’ll always be in your corner.

What’s better than a night of PJ’s, snacks, and story time with your cuddliest friend? put on a Stuffed Animal Sleepover event that packed in all the fun for kids and their favorite stuffy. Once the evenings’ activities came to an end, the stuffed animals stayed the night, and the next morning, their owners came by for breakfast and to hear about all the fun. It was a night to remember and a little way to make our youngest guests’ days. 🧸
