We’re proud to recognize Jae L. as our Team Member of the Month at Chick-fil-A 69th & Slide!

Jae has been part of our team for two years and is known for bringing joy and laughter to every shift. She says the best part of working at Chick-fil-A is how well everyone gets along, making each shift a pleasure to look forward to.
Her favorite menu item is the Cookie Parfait, and her go-to spot in the restaurant is the headset, where she thrives on the fast-paced environment of taking orders and making beverages simultaneously.

Outside of work, Jae enjoys drawing, playing piano and guitar, and has a pretty amazing fun fact—she was captain of her cheer team and even played the national anthem on her electric guitar at pep rallies! Looking to the future, Jae hopes to become a radiologist and dreams of traveling the world.

Jae, thank you for your energy, creativity, and the positivity you bring to our team. We’re so grateful to have you!

We’re excited to recognize Justin R. as our Team Member of the Month at Chick-fil-A 69th & Slide!

Justin has been part of the team for a year and has become known for his steady presence. His favorite menu item is the Mac & Cheese, and his go-to role in the restaurant is bagging orders. Even though it can be hectic, Justin says he enjoys the process—almost like playing a game of Tetris.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys learning guitar and spending time with friends. His long-term goal is to pursue a career as a physical therapist, where he can help others reach their full potential.

Justin, thank you for your dedication, consistency, and the energy you bring to our team. We’re so glad to celebrate you!

We’re proud to celebrate Chris as our Team Member of the Month at 69th & Slide!

Chris rejoined the Back of House team in May, bringing with him years of prior experience—and it shows. His teammates and leaders appreciate his consistency, work ethic, and heart for helping others grow.

His favorite menu item is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and his favorite place to work is at the breading table, where he helps keep high quality food moving out to our guests.

Chris says the best part of working at Chick-fil-A is the people—he loves the opportunity to build relationships and help others become the best version of themselves.

When he’s not in the restaurant, you’ll likely find him at the gym, riding motorcycles, or out at the shooting range. A fun fact? Chris is a certified police officer in the state of Texas. Looking ahead, Chris plans to return to law enforcement.

Chris, we’re grateful for the leadership, quality, and dedication you bring to the team every day. You make a difference!
