The Boys & Girls Club Annual Dinner on March 7th will feature a Mardi Gras-themed menu, including:

Jambalaya, Bourbon Chicken, Garden Salad,
Creole Green Beans, Cajun Corn Salad,
Red Beans & Rice, King Cake, Southern Bourbon Cake, Upside Down Bananas Foster & Beignets.

The Boys & Girls Club of Appalachia has touched our lives. They provided after school care and tutoring for our kids, mentorship and leadership training for our daughters. The staff at Taco Holler loves this organization because they love the youth of this county. Please support this organizations mission.

Truth be told, they made feeding 360 people easy. The level of professionalism and precision to detail causes everyone around them to rise. Belinda, Lydia, and the fellers at BelindaBelles & Henson Florist hold so much knowledge and creativity that the events they touch turn to magic. I have witnessed spaced transformed before my eyes over and over again. Book these folks!!!

Cant say enough good things about the folks who travel this road with me.
2024 was a year of growth. Not only has our prep staff grown, but we’ve met so many wonderful people hiring for our seated plated services.
We did new things, new recipes, new venues…growing and learning together.

We still have one more big gig to go, but 2024 is almost in the books and it would not have been possible had it not been for the amazing folks I have working beside me.

So, this year we decided to have a Taco Holler Christmas Party at the best place to eat. I was going to say local, but the quality and creativity of this food doesn’t just limit it to being the best food in the area or region… no….this food is hands down better than most of the food I have ever paid to eat. Period. Anywho, I wanted these folks to experience The Wrigley Taproom & Eatery for themselves so we got a little fancy!
