Due to serious family health issues, I've been unable to schedule any events or shows for the past two years. I'm elated to share with you that my sister is fully in remission and I'm back in Colorado. Yea!!!

I'm working on 2 different events, one for summer or early fall and the other during the holidays. Let me know if you are interested. These events are for artists and crafters.

Metal sculpturist, Braden Gray, donated this turtle to raise funds for my sister, Donna Lowe, who is battling breast cancer. We are having a FB auction, ending 2/13/13. This 3 dimensional piece has a beautiful reddish brown patina and measures approximately 40" x 28".

UPDATE on Diana's sister, Donna Lowe:

Pathology report yesterday showed that the cancer was in 23 of the 29 lymph nodes which were removed during surgery. The lymph nodes are like the gate keepers of the cancer cells. As the cells escape one node to the next the cancer spreads.

Donna was in Stage III. If the cancer attaches to any other organ, bone or brain she will be in Stage IV, incurable. She begins chemo a week from Monday in Hays, one session every 2 weeks for 8 sessions. Followed by 6 weeks of radiation.
As I write this,I can hear Donna in her room crying. I cannot imagine the fear she must have for the unknown future but I can feel her pain as I am crying too.

Diana has been very busy lately helping her sister in Kansas. She was diagnosed with breast cancer and has gone through surgery and will be starting chemo therapy soon. Any plans for a Spring show are currently on hold. I will keep you all posted. - Narda

Today's the big day! The 2012 Aspen Rain Holiday Gift Show at the Embassy Suites in Loveland. Over 70 local artists and crafters selling their wares. Come by and do some holiday shopping!!
