I was Sweet Petunia the clown for 10 years and on 10/01/2014 I retired that character. I soon began to miss all the fun I had while doing children's birthday parties and store openings, picnics and festivals and decided to come back. This time there is no purple hair or red nose, just me, Patti the Balloon Lady. The very same person who was under the wig and all that makeup up is still soft-spoken

, gentle and kind to all the kids, big and small. My main goal at each event is to make each child feel special and important and watch the smile on their faces as they walk away with a balloon in their hands. I use the same charm and humor as the Balloon Lady. At Birthday Parties the Patti Balloon Lady will make animal balloons for each child while making sure the guest of honor feels special and enjoys their day. There is no limit on the number of balloons because the Balloon Lady will twist as many as time allows. It is not uncommon for a small party of 10-15 kids to walk away with 4-5 balloon sculptors. I am available for other events such as: picnics & festivals, store openings, fund raisers, clubs & organizations. It can be inside or out…1 hour or more just as long as there is a line of kids that I can make laugh and twist balloons for. I come to each event with a balloon menu for the kids to choose from and always wear a bright colored vest or shirt and a large balloon apron with as many balloons as it will hold.

I need help. When someone pays you on PayPal or Venmo do you always have to pay a fee? This makes the 2nd time I've had to pay a fee to get the money I earned.

Doesn't make sense because it ends up costing me and I make less than my regular rate. Today is a good example I did balloons for 3 hours and was paid a little extra because I stayed until everyone who wanted a balloon got one. She paid on Venmo and I was charged a few and it's not much, but I still don't want to pay it. If I have to pay a fee then this is not worth it to me and what little profit I make. Any advice?
