Yesterday, we had the honor of joining the and the New Mexico Cattle Growers’ Association for the NM Beef & Wine Tour at Bill King’s Ranch.

We were honored to provide lunch for an incredible group of attendees — from legislators to local influencers — who got a firsthand look at New Mexico ranching, including branding and artificial insemination demos.

On the menu: our chimichurri tri-tip sandwich, cold pasta salad, and street corn elote — the perfect way to refuel after a day on the ranch.

We ended the day with a beautiful dinner at , surrounded by great people, great wine, and even greater conversations about the future of New Mexico agriculture.

Hey everyone! We figured it was time for a proper introduction. We’re Noah & Stef Scanland, the husband-and-wife duo behind Noah’s Table—where we bring the heat (literally) and a whole lot of flavor to your events here in New Mexico.

🔥 Meet Chef Noah – The man behind the grill, the master of homestyle cooking, and the guy who will always make sure your plate is full. Noah grew up cooking alongside his mom and grandparents, perfecting recipes that have been passed down through generations. He’s all about creating meals that feel like home—just elevated and made fresh, right in front of you!

📱 Meet Stef Alyssa – The mastermind behind our social media, the person answering your DMs, and the one making sure everything runs smoothly (aka, the boss, let’s be real). If you send us a message, you’re not getting Chef Noah—you’re getting me, Stef! So if you’re expecting a long convo about BBQ techniques, just know I’ll probably redirect you back to him. Haha 😆
