It was an honor to partner with Monument Lab last year on the Los Angeles launch of MONUMENTS, a powerful video art installation that invite us to reflect on the meanings, myths, and revisionist histories embedded in our country’s monument landscape. The exhibit was on view at The Geffen Contemporary and . The reception was held at ARRAY, the creative campus of filmmaker Ava DuVernay’s multi-platform arts and social impact collective. Guests mingled and enjoyed foodie-worthy offerings in the idyllic surroundings before being invited in for the MONUMENTS screening and conversation.

RENDER was excited to work with FINN Partners on the Panda Express Lunar New Year Celebration, with a fully immersive Lofi-inspired experience. We transformed both the restaurant and large outdoor tent into a warm, laid-back escape, featuring stylish lounge seating, bean bags, a custom DJ stage, and an AI photo booth activation. Chinese lanterns in various sizes were installed throughout the spaces, casting a soft, warm glow that elevated the evening. Paired with subtle tones, comfy furniture, specialty lighting, and curated visuals, the design set the chill vibe for the night, even as a freak LA rainstorm pounded the tent outside. 📸 🐴🧧🪭

Always an honor to work with Visión y Compromiso. This year’s annual conference marked their 25th Anniversary Celebration! Over 900 promotores and community health workers came together across multiple days for impactful plenary sessions, interactive workshops, resource-filled exhibits, and a handcrafted artisan Mercadito. We were honored to partner with One for Justice for their annual summit held in Los Angeles at the 1 Hotel. The event kicked off with a vibrant welcome reception, complete with an art gallery and auction featuring works by Halim Flowers, and an intimate musical performance by Aloe Blacc. The excitement continued with the opening session, energized by the incredible Divas & Drummers of Compton youth group. A memorable highlight was the private movie screening and thought-provoking discussion at the London Hotel. Throughout the summit, participants engaged in Deep-Dive Learning Sessions and visited local community organizations, including a moving tour of Altadena, an area recently affected by devastating wildfires. The summit was a powerful blend of inspiration, community, and actionable change.

Earlier this year, RENDER teamed up with and to bring the Student Barber Expo & Shared Safety Record Expungement Clinic to life in Oakland. The event was packed with high-energy barber competitions, a live DJ, exciting raffle prizes, a mouthwatering food truck, and a variety of vendors and community resources. RENDER was honored to work with Caltech's Computing & Mathematical Sciences Department on the Caltech and UChicago AI+Science 2025 Conference. The 2-day conference, sponsored by the Margot and Tom Pritzker Foundation, brought together an elite and diverse cohort of leading researchers in core AI and domain sciences. Most of the programming was held on campus, with the exception of a tour and special dinner at The Huntington Library, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens. The closing night reception was held at The Athenaeum, the historic club at Caltech built in 1930.
