How we build special event bookings across Los Angeles:
Time the route at the hour you'll drive. A route timed at noon doesn't survive five o'clock on a weekday. Arrive 20 to 30 minutes early and add real traffic.

Use one pickup point. LA County is huge, and each extra stop costs 15 to 30 minutes.

Book the ride home up front. Agree a pickup spot a block from the venue and include the final hour now.

Check the address. Hillside driveways, low parking garages and valet stands can't all fit a full-size bus. We'll agree a staging point a week ahead.
