Warning for Actors 🚨

The industry is changing rapidly, and we wanted to take a moment to share a few important developments every actor should be aware of.

Recently, The Hollywood Reporter published an article exposing a growing scam targeting actors. According to the report, fraudsters are now using artificial intelligence to impersonate well-known casting directors and industry professionals in an effort to deceive performers. These scams often appear legitimate and can be difficult to spot, particularly for actors who are eager to pursue new opportunities.

We strongly encourage all actors to remain cautious, verify communications through official channels, and never provide personal information or payments without first confirming the source.

Our upcoming Stage & Screen Combat workshops with Roberta Brown are designed to help actors build believable, dynamic on-camera fight work while learning the fundamentals of safe combat choreography for stage and screen.

This workshop focuses on the foundations of stage & screen combat and is open to both new and returning students.

🎥 FILMING THE FIGHT 📅 June 27 & 28 🕚 11am–3pm PT 🔒 For eligible students only

In this two-day workshop, actors will choreograph and professionally film cinematic fight material to use for their reel.

Please note: Students must have completed two Stage & Screen Combat workshops prior to enrolling in Filming the Fight.
