A federal immigration officer wanted in the sh--ting of a Venezuelan man during the Trump administration’s Minnesota crackdown was arrested Friday in Texas, authorities said.

Christian Castro, of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, was taken into custody 11 days after Minneapolis prosecutors charged him with ass--lt and falsely reporting a crime in the Jan. 14 nonfatal sh--ting of Julio Cesar Sosa-Celis.

Hennepin County, Minnesota prosecutors said the state’s Bureau of Criminal Apprehension located Castro in Texas, and the Texas Rangers said they assisted in the arrest in Cameron County, which borders Mexico in the southernmost part of the state.

The Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Inspector General said its agents were not involved in or present for Castro’s apprehension, denying the Hennepin County Attorney’s office’s claims in press statements about the arrest.

“Any characterization that DHS OIG agents participated in or led the arrest operation is inaccurate,” the Office of Inspector General said in a statement.

's name must be removed from the Kennedy Center, according to an order signed Friday by a D.C. district judge.

The ruling is a hit to the president's effort to renovate the performing arts venue — which was scheduled to close later this year so work could begin. Friday's order also halted the closure.

Trump has two weeks to remove his name from the building and signage around the facility, per the order.

"The Court has concluded that the Board overstepped its statutory bounds by unilaterally renaming the Kennedy Center after President Trump," U.S. District Judge Christopher R. Cooper wrote in a 94-page ruling.

"In 1964, Congress deliberately rechristened the 'National Cultural Center' the 'John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts,'" Cooper wrote.

"The text, structure, and evolution of the organic statute makes the institution's name abundantly clear. Congress likewise took pains to ensure that no other memorial-like dedication would grace the Center's public spaces."

"As stated at the outset, Congress gave the Kennedy Center its name, and only Congress can change it."

He was the voice behind “My Shiny Teeth and Me,” one of the most iconic animated songs of the 2000s.

The Justice Department has launched a criminal investigation into E. Jean Carroll — the former magazine columnist who accused President Donald Trump of s-xual assault — according to multiple sources familiar with the matter.

The investigation is focused on whether Carroll committed perjury in testimony tied to her two civil lawsuits against the president – one alleging he s-xually abused Carroll in a New York department store in the mid-1990s, and a second for defaming her when in 2019 he repeatedly denied the ass--lt, said she wasn’t his type and claimed she made it up to boost sales of a book.

Prosecutors’ theory hinges on a 2022 deposition statement by Carroll — that she received no outside funding for her lawsuit — though it was later revealed that billionaire Reid Hoffman had paid some legal fees and expenses.

The probe is the latest move in the department’s ceaseless, and somewhat strained, efforts to meet Trump’s demands to target his long-standing personal foes.

Under acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, the department has pushed to speed up Trump’s campaign of retribution. But the cases he’s brought since taking the reins of the department in April have been heavily criticized and are likely to face challenges in court over allegations of politicization.

But Blanche has been recused from this matter because he worked as one of Trump’s personal attorneys on the Carroll appeals — according to a source familiar with the matter. Blanche has not attended meetings or been involved in discussions about the investigations, and the investigation is being overseen by other officials in the deputy attorney general’s office.

Billionaire Tom Steyer shelled out $75,000 to celebrity gossip powerhouse and Latino meme account as he tries to win over young voters — filings reveal.

Hedge fund titan Steyer has poured more than $190 million into his own bid for California governor — and he’s sparing no expense on online ads to cast himself as a progressive billionaire to social media-addicted Gen Z voters.

That included a $25,000 payment to The Shade Room, the wildly popular gossip account that posts “culture, news & convo” and boasts 28 million Instagram followers.

The $25,000 payment was listed as “online communications” in Steyer’s latest financial filing, which covers spending through May 16, and disclosed at the bottom of each of the two posts.

Papa Johns is launching a series of Pizza Planet–themed pop-ups in June to mark the upcoming release of Disney and Pixar’s “Toy Story 5.”

The temporary experiences, set for London, Seoul, Madrid, and Los Angeles, re-create the fictional arcade-style pizzeria first introduced in the original 1995 film. Each location will feature retro-inspired décor, arcade elements, and limited-time menu items tied to the movie.

The pop-ups will offer three specialty pizzas, Space Ranger Roni, Sheriff’s Roundup, and Reach for the Pie, along with exclusive packaging and collectibles.

According to multiple reports, The Space Ranger Roni is a double-pepperoni pizza. Sheriff’s Roundup is a barbecue chicken pizza topped with onions, and Reach for the Pie is made with Italian sausage and banana peppers.
