Our Story

Bringing decades of convention and event experience, Showcase will reinvent how the cannabis industry is defined in California. In early 2017 the Showcase team started looking toward the cannabis industry to bring their knowledge and experience from the E-Cigarette industry and Gun Shows. When looking at what events are currently going on we noticed two distinct events: B2B in downtown convention centers and festivals. While both styles are successful in some ways, there currently isn’t a trendsetting event that combines both...until now. Meeting the team at Med-X was the next step; a company that shared our beliefs and vision. Showcase will feature 3 days of both B2B and consumer interactions. Day 1 will feature vendor-to-vendor business time, as well as outside vendors coming in, followed by a mixer that evening. Day 2 will primarily be business to business transactions and conference talks. The last and final day will be open to the public, with giveaways, cannabis purchasing and sampling, and a full concert afterparty. With laws changing across many states, and public sentiment being ever more positive, we will help bring the cannabis out of the shadows and show what it is...a cultural lifestyle.
