A $50K event budget means very different things depending on who you hire.

With a traditional event company charging 15–25% production fees:
→ $50K budget = ~$37–42K actually goes to the event

Nashville energy, elevated. 🤠✨
We brought together HUB International Northwest’s top performers for the 2026 Champion Club Sales Summit—four days of connection, celebration, and momentum at The Nash in downtown Nashville.

From a rooftop welcome reception with custom cocktails and a 360 photobooth, custom cowboy hats to impactful general sessions and partner presentations, every moment was designed with intention. The experience continued offsite with an unforgettable awards dinner at the Musicians Hall of Fame and a high-energy farewell night at PBR—complete with live music, line dancing, and a full cowboy bar takeover.
