💃🏾 Hey Friends! I’ll be leading a free dance class tomorrow morning(Sunday 8/8) for young girls in partnership with
💜Time: 9-10:30am
Where: Athleta
850 S. Pacific Coast Highway
El Segundo, CA 90245
💜So if you have a daughter, niece, cousin, etc come out and socially distance dance with us and grab some goodies from Athleta! Also, there will be a short journaling session to bring awareness to dance and social-emotional wellness guided by Manager and Community Events organizer,

💫 NEW YEAR! NEW CLASS TIME! NEW DAY! NEW FOCUS! Starting this MONDAY 1/6/2020 , I will be teaching My HEELS FUNDAMENTALS class! I will still focus on strengthening and technique, but we will take it up a notch by breaking down and teaching you the fundamental tricks and skills needed to dance in a heel with more confidence, power, and sexiness! You will then apply your skills to a simple, fun, and sexy dance routine! PLEASE SHARE! TELL A FRIEND! BRING A FRIEND! Come dance with me on Mondays at 8pm!! 💕

Here’s a little Krump freestyle I did a few weeks ago on the stage at Fit Expo! I’m by no means a Krump dancer at all, but never forget, I’m an LA girl all day, I grew up around this culture where it all started, in the LA streets! I hope my Krump friends are proud lol!
Shout Out to For literally dragging me to do this lol and for hosting this dance session and being the BEST dayum hype man ever!! 👏🏽💥

Had a great time this past weekend! thanks for inviting me! 💕I had NO idea we were gonna be working out at all 😂 but I’m glad we did! I feel so inspired! My schedule and my life in general has not been consistent, so needless to say, eating healthy and working out has not been as consistent either! But this expo and the people I met has motivated and reminded me that consistency is key to any goal you want to achieve, whether it be physical, mental or physical! I did back to back workouts at my full physical capacity that I didn’t even think I could do after 2 months off from the gym. Workouts included boxing with resistance bands, 15 min of endless burpees competition, HIIT workouts, and my favorite..... a cardio dance workout and dance battle!! Thanks .of.jo for the push and motivation and for the dope hat!! Alright....time to get these abs and glutes back together!! Who wants to join me?! Let’s go!! 💥💪🏽
