NEED TO KNOW INFO:
MOVE-IN schedules will be distributed via EMAIL this Sunday, Augusta 2nd. Please note that Saturday August 8th is designated for move-in, and your assigned time is intended to facilitate a seamless setup.
As a REMINDER, JUDGING will happen Saturday evening following setup. Please ensure your vehicle's fuel tank is at least one-quarter full prior to move-in, as entry to the building will be denied otherwise. Additionally, all batteries must be disconnected once setup is complete. If you do not receive your move-in time, please check your junk/spam email folder. Also no outside food or alcohol per the venue...
VENDORS will receive their times as well via email.
