“This was for a short film we created about a mother/daughter bond complicated by differing beliefs. 🥹🫶🏽🤍 how magical that we get to “get married” for art and then do the real thing all over again! I would marry Alaire a million times if I could! When I was looking for the dress for the film I got to go to a real bridal shop, try on real dresses, I even had a little cry wishing my mom could be there to “say yes to the dress”. Even though it wasn’t for the actual wedding, this was the first time I felt like a bride!
