Fall vibes are here in full force 🍂✨ This month’s seasonal special to try is Roasted Butternut Squash & Pecan Gnocchi, tossed in a velvety Sage Brown Butter 🍁

Ingredients:

-Gnocchi
-Roasted butternut squash
-Butter
-Fresh sage
-Garlic thinly sliced
-Walnuts
-Parmesan
-Kale: Roughly-chopped

How To Cook:

1. Roast diced butternut squash with oil, salt, and pepper until tender.

2. gnocchi according to recipe or package instructions, then drain and set aside.

3. Make sage brown butter: brown the butter on the stovetop, add sage until crispy, and finish with garlic.

4. Combine everything: add gnocchi to the butter, cook until golden, then toss with squash and season.

5. Serve warm, garnished generously with Parmesan.
