LASAGNA CUPCAKES :: apples of our collective eyes. Hand held lasagna made with hand rolled pasta. That’s a lot of hands.

These babies can be ordered through our Drop Off service and set up buffet style, ready to eat. Or they can be ordered frozen to stock the freezer. They can be ordered on Full Service Events and tray passed during a heavy cocktail hour, or served family style to promote conversations such as, “what!” or, “this is somehow the best lasagna I’ve ever had?”

HOLIDAY :: when you pre-order a Christmas meal, your menu will arrive in parchment-lined aluminum pans with easy heating instructions. At this photoshoot we received all dishes that way, and re-plated them on ’s house platters. It really is that easy. Plus all of our ingredients are locally sourced, made from scratch, and in the case of the tenderloin…. braided with love.

THANKSGIVING :: oh boy, Thanksgiving. We’ve been cooking the meal for our clients for well over a decade and are comforted/filled with love when we think about our food gracing dining tables of you and your loved ones each holiday season. It never gets old.

Every year, says he’s going to set a boundary and not personally brine and cook all of the turkeys, but he always does. We want those boundaries, we really do, but we’re also selfishly glad he still puts in that time and makes sure Thanksgiving is perfect for everyone. The team and the community alike.
