Steps for becoming an mature human being:

1. Get out of "survival mode". This type of thinking causes fear, imbalanced isolationism, parochial vision. You're not a caveman; and you don't have to win, achieve, or beat everything/everyone to get where you want to be. Acting out of "survival" causes you to put yourself in a mental prison. Getting out of this mindset requires having the courage to trust yourself. This is the first step to becoming a mature human being.

2. Know WHO you are. You are multidimensional. You have to realize that you are bigger than you think. Know yourself and see/sense the entirety of YOU, and relax in the knowledge of who YOU are. You must realize it's got to be you, guiding yourself; not outside people/forces who may be standing over you (remember, there are lots of people in "survival mode" who act out of fear.)

3. Love yourself. Or you will get nowhere. This is not the same as being egotistical. It's knowing you have worth.

Are you ready to start your new beautiful life? There's no better time than now.
