We're shining the on Service Technician, Dayton Murrell from Nashville, TN! He's a with a positive attitude who always encourages his teammates and offers suggestions based on his experience. Dayton takes advantage of internal programs, including the service tech lead program, to ensure his customer is better equipped and earned him a reward for identifying the opportunity. Service Technician from Apple Valley, CA, and , Jose Reyna, is our this week! Though he's only been here for 15 months, Jose is making an impact with his team and his customers. His favorite memory is working with a local branch to support the Beyond Wonderland event; they all worked together safely and as a team, and had great communication. During quarantine, he picked up the acoustic guitar and is now basically a rockstar. When not working, Jose spends a lot of time outdoors, working out, hiking or taking walks with his dog, Pickle. She's got nearly 7 years under her belt, is among our and likes working for USS because it's a team effort in all aspects of her job. She brings structure and organization, ensuring her team of drivers stay on task. Her favorite memory is a team building outing to a local bowling alley. She's a huge Star Wars fan and in her free time, she likes to take random day trips with her kids, volunteer at church or host a family BBQ. Introducing Utility Technician, and this week's , Phillip (PJ) Henderson! Based in Greenville, South Carolina, PJ joined USS more than 4 years ago but has been in the industry since 2014. He likes the opportunities for growth that working for a large company like USS provides. His favorite part of his job is working special events in the Carolinas - especially Artisphere and Fall for Greenville - working together with his team and making sure patrons have a clean and sanitary restroom to use. When PJ's not working, he loves a good moonshine tour and cooking on his Blackstone Griddle. Thank you PJ for all you do to !

We're shining the on Ops Coordinator Christina Rice from Newnan, Georgia. She's the hub of the branch, collaborating with Service Techs to troubleshoot issues, partnering with Sales to smooth out operations and ensuring our customers receive excellent service. Her favorite memory with USS centers around the rollout of a new routing tool, when several Ops Coordinators came together for training. But it wasn't just about the learning, it was a powerful team-building experience that brought everyone closer. Christina's talents don't stop at work, she also a mechanical wizard and rebuilt the motor on her Subaru STI! When she's not coordinating operations or tuning engines, she's spending time outdoors with her daughter and dog or squeezing in some Call of Duty. Thank you Christina for all you do to !
