"El Shuco" is the Guatemalan version of the American hot dog with a twist.Your choice of chorizo, beef or turkey franks over a toasted Shuco bun, with a spread of freshly made guacamole, topped with steamed cabbage and your all time favorite condiments; mustard, mayo and ketchup.
