🧡ANTI INFLAMMATORY CUP🧡
Use 1 tbsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground pepper (for absorption of turmeric)
1/2 tsp maca root (natural energy booster and hormone regulator) and 1/2 tsp cinnamon (excellent for blood sugar control)
1 tbsp (I like it sweet) of raw local honey
Mix w a bit of hot water before heating it up on stove adding plant based milk of choice - voilá!

What a fun floral journey it has been, from starting up by selling tiny bouquets at the Harvest market in our local town, Montrose California, to creating an Instagram account, partnering with Bloomnation, then the London founded Floom, to today delivering all over LA and having many amazing clients and very kind reviews everywhere ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐
