How this works! (21+ events only)
(1) Send a text to 541-543-3341. Please include your name, party IG handle & email
(2) Let us know which venues you want to see
(3) We will connect you by text with each owner or manager hosting showing - this is where you will get the address
(4) Arrive in the given one-hour window, text owner/manager on the group chat to let them know you are there
(5) Please ask all your logistical questions about the space at the showing - but do not discuss $
(6) Immediately after, contact us to discuss rates and get a specific quote for your event
Note: We do not charge any fees to organizers! And we don't let venues tack out fees on top. You get there regular rate or lower through us, that is our promise to you!
How do we do it? Economies of scale and 30 years reputation and experience booking venues in LA.
We can absolutely give you a general idea of rates before you go see a venue. No point in seeing something way out of budget. Our pricing is very competitive though - why would we work with a venue if it's too expensive to book?
We say general because venue rates vary based on night of the week, set up and break down times, and how close the date is. We will do our best for you because we are organizers first! So we know who has the hardest job in the scene ;)
What do we ask in return?
Be respectful. If you book a venue through us one time, you come back to us to book the same venue the next time.
Think of our venue booking agency just like the talent booking agency you book your headliner from. You want to book the same artist again, you again go through the agency.
The only difference? We aren't even charging you a fee!
