Based in downtown Los Angeles, the mission of Bespoke is to create customized veils and bridal accessories for the modern bride. Imbued with romance and whimsy, I work to create beautiful pieces to complement every bride's style on her wedding day. By making each item to order, I am actively reducing our footprint on the environment. All materials are selected and handmade in Los Angeles, California.

So excited to share a few new things I’ve been working on. The creative process is sometimes quiet and reclusive, and I’m grateful for every hour I’ve spent with my head down and hands working, so I can crawl back to the surface and show you what I’ve made.

There is a necklace with a cubic zirconia shell locket with a tiny freshwater pearl resting inside.

There are threader earrings with delicious clusters of freshwater pearls at the ends.

And I present to you my latest project, a collection of resin cast flowers and shells. Lots more to come in this style. Wired by hand, cast in resin, and painted with custom blends of champagne and ivory. Learning a new craft is gratifying beyond measure, and I’ve spent countless hours over the last couple months bringing these pieces to life.

I can’t resume business as usual before taking a moment of love and gratitude for my adopted home, Los Angeles.

I moved here in 2008 with a single suitcase and a head full of dreams. The city of angels! So much promise and adventure around every corner. The beaches, the mountains, the glamorous hills, the delicious street tacos. The thrill of living and working among giants. In so many ways I am still the naive dreamer I was when I arrived, but I also feel like I grew into a woman here.

I’ve lived in Hollywood, Pacific Palisades, downtown, and now in east Los Angeles with my husband, children, and cats. We said our wedding vows under gnarled oak trees in Agoura Hills. I told my husband we were expecting our first baby while camping in Eaton Canyon. A week before the fires, we stayed with friends in Topanga Canyon in a beautiful house with breathtaking views.

While my family is safe, we still feel so much heartbreak for the places we’ve loved, and for our neighbors who have been so deeply impacted by the fires. The neighborhoods of Los Angeles are so rich and I do not mean with money. The food, the landmarks, the history, the memories made by these eclectic and wonderful communities.

Los Angeles, I love you. 🤍
