Last night’s Chef Merito Grilling Master Class was an incredible experience for me. Thank you to Chef Merito and Lauren Corugedo for trusting me to cook up some of my favorite flavors and share them with such an amazing group of creators.
Our goal was simple: Host a backyard carne asada with great food, great people, and great vibes. I hope everyone had as much fun as I did and left inspired to fire up the grill with Chef Merito at home.
